CREW LEADERS

Crew leaders will be in leadership roles over various staff.  Along with doing the desired job responsibilities with their staff, they will be in charge of maintaining order in their work environment as well as in the living quarters, supervising employees to make sure the job is done properly, providing spiritual discipleship, prepare activities for spiritual growth (e.g. Bible studies), and working with the Program Director to ensure staff unity and order.  This is a ministry position which demands spiritual motivation and dedication.  Those in a leadership position are asked to give more of their time (beyond normal work hours) to provide for the service of other staff.  Positions are only for people who are 21 or older and who preferably have experienced working at Ceta Canyon before.  (Similar to an Resident Assistant position).

More direct responsibilities listed below:

• Kitchen crew leader- working with the kitchen crew and ministering directly to kitchen crew staff

• Operations crew leader – working with the operations crew and providing leadership and Christian ministry for staff

• Head Lifeguard – working with lifeguards to ensure safe conduct and enforcement at pools.  Helping with leadership and ministry responsibilities for the rest of the staff. 

Crew Leaders will make between $270-325 a week based on experience and training.
