CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds will be given upon written request in cases of hardship or illness if the written request is received by the Camp Registrar prior to the first day of your camp.
If cancellation occurs more than 10 days out to the start of the registered camp week, a $10 processing fee will be held.
If cancellation occurs 6 to 10 days out to the start of the registered camp week, half of the registration fee will be held.
If cancellation occurs 5 or less days to the start of the registered camp date NO Refund will be given.
If you have to leave camp due to crisis or illness, a prorated refund is available upon written request, which explains the nature of your crisis or illness.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Volunteer registrations for the following Northwest Texas Conference Camps, New Dawn 1, One Way 4/5,6/8, 9/12 Vision, Crossroads and Whoz-We-R will need to go thru the Northwest Texas Conference.
For all other organizations and Lil' Ceta Camps, please fill out this Volunteer Registration Form Please fill this out and return to Ceta Canyon. We will contact you when we get your application.
