School Groups

Ceta Canyon is like a big natural lab for science classes. Many Northwest Texas schools have taken advantage of the easy access to a wide variety of geological and biological specimens in Ceta Canyon. Many schools bring in the following types of programming for their students learning experiences: Archery, Native American Story Telling, Native American Kwahadi Dancing, Dog Obedience, Parks & Wildlife Fishing, Drug Awareness, Lone Star Ballet, WTAMU Basketball, Golf, Police Dept. There is also a large sports field that is a great place for activities such as marching bands, soccer, football, and water balloons.. The fishing pond is a great place to explore fishing as well.
