REGISTERING ONLINE FOR CAMPERS
- Click here to register on-line. New Dawn cannot register on-line.
- Once you create an account feel free to fill it in on your own time.
- Have access to it even after registering.
- Filling out multiple youth registrations is easy because your information stays with it.
- The best part is that when you register the second year under your account, you have all the information about your child already online.
REGISTRATION & PRICES
Before April 1, 2010 = $215 April 1-May 1, 2010 = $230 After May 1, 2010 = $245
NEW! PARTIAL PAYMENT AVAILABLE
- New this year with online registration is the ability to pay half of the camper fee when registering and the second payment within 30 days of registering.
- Online instructions will guide you through the process.
- Your first half-payment will be credited to your account.
- Log onto your account & make the second payment online within 30 days.
- If your home church is partnering with you, the second payment can be paid through the church with a copy of the Partial Payment Invoice. See Church Partnership details.
- Upon receipt of the final payment we will email (or mail) a payment receipt to the camper.
CHURCH PARTNERSHIP DETAILS
- If your home church is partnering with you, you can still register online.
- Complete the bottom half of the Partial Payment Invoice and provide a copy to the camp coordinator at your home church to be mailed with the full balance due.
- The Partial Payment Invoice is available online after the first payment is made.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Refunds will be given upon written request in cases of hardship or illness if the written request is received by the Camp Registrar prior to the first day of your camp.
- A $10 registration and handling fee will be withheld from your refund.
- If you happen to not attend camp without prior cancellation notice, one-half of your registration fees will be refunded upon written request.
- If you have to leave camp due to crisis or illness, a prorated refund is available upon written request, which explains the nature of your crisis or illness.
